Beardless

Please note the sad face.  The beard has been gone only two days and I already miss it. 

Having never grown a beard and then shaved it off I wasn't fully prepared for the sense of loss.  I was also surprised by my baby-soft face.  Even the stubble seems different.  I don't think my face has looked/felt like this since I was 14 years old.  I suspect after some sun exposure, it will be back to normal - I hope.
