Monday - New Spelling Words

It's all about perspective. Many dread Mondays, but not the 6 year old Dude. While getting ready for school, I asked him if anything "big" was going to happen today?

"Yeah, " he replied, "We get new spelling words!"

He can't wait for the test Friday.

First grade rules! Homework and all.

Yeah...I'd look forward to that too if it were as easy as he says it is!!! I think we should all contribute one word to his list each week just to give him something to work on. How about "cholecystitis". And I want him to make a sentence with that!
