Did I Really Say That?

Planning Commission meetings always challenge me personally. As I consider what to say, the thoughts in my head seem eloquent - worthy of Abraham Lincoln. But when I actually open my mouth, I sound like George W. Bush.

"Wasteland" - did I really say that?
