If we lived the way...You are on to something here. If we lived the way our ancestors lived for hundreds of thousands of years before the advent of agriculture, we 'd be eating a low carb diet (as you mention), and we 'd be getting a lot more sun and a lot more exercise. The sun factor is underemphasized in today's society. People were outside all the time and got an enormous amount of sun, even in northern Europe. Nowadays people spend most of their time inside and out of the sun.
